施工要求
General
School must meet all Fire Code and safety regulations as required under Chinese law
消防等安全規則須符合中國法律要求
Completed renovation must pass Chinese Building Code and By-laws pertaining
to renovations and construction.
工程完工后，各項指標需達到建築法律法規要求
Grounds and area surround the school must be restored to the original or better
condition that existed prior to commencement of construction.
工程完工后，地面等區域需恢復原狀
The contractor will be responsible for removal of all excess waste materials after
the construction is completed.
工程完工后，所有建築垃圾由施工單位負責清除
The contractor will obey all regulations pertaining to construction and access to
the property as outlined by Ivy Humanities.
施工單位應全面服從物管提出的要求
Equipment included in the school is listed below. Attached is a catalogue for
reference. Equipment may be ordered from this catalogue or another supplier.
The pictures and descriptions in the catalogue describes the equipment the
school requires. Equipment ordered form another supplier must be of the same
quality or better.
學校應配備的設施在附件中可見，僅供參考。承包單位可向附件中提到的公司訂貨或
是其他供應商，圖片中的設備正是JACK學校要求的，如果從其他供應商訂貨，前提
是質量相當或是更好
Note: The list below is not an exhaustive list. Other items may be added at
additional expense to JACK

Mechanical 機械
Contractor will include installation of cooling and heating system and all
necessary provisions to ensure the entire school can be adequately heated and
cooled on demand.
承包商需完成安裝中央空調系統以及必要的設備，確保設備運行正常，產生足夠的暖
氣/冷氣
The cooing and heating system meet all required building codes and
specification pertaining to the system.
冷/暖系統安裝和運行須滿足建築法規
The Contactor will arrange for a JACK representative to receive training in the
general maintenance and operation of the system.
承包商需負責日常維修和培訓JACK員工關於如何使用此系統
A/C cabinets will be installed in one of the storage units located across the street.
空調箱將被安裝在對面的一個儲物間里（另外一排樓）
Exterior 室外
All exterior treatments and finishing (colors and materials) must be in
compliance with Ivy Humanities rules and regulations regarding exterior
appearance and specifications.

Interior 室內
Plumbing
All toilets in both men’s and women's washrooms will be western style toilets.
所有廁所必須是座便器
Each washroom will be equipped with hot and cold running water.

There are not to be any mop sinks in any of the washrooms.
